بە کورتی

• بۆ دەستپێکردنی دەفتەرێکی نوێ، بە Google یان Apple دەچیتە ژوورەوە. کۆپییەکی دەفتەرەکەت لە Google Firebase هەڵدەگیرێت، تاکو ئەگەر ئەپەکەت سڕییەوە، مۆبایلەکەت ون بوو یان گۆڕیت، دەفتەرەکەت بگەڕێتەوە. هیچ وشەی نهێنییەکی نوێ دروست ناکەیت.

فایلی Excel و PDF

باقی فایلی Excel و PDF ی دەفتەرەکەت لە ناو مۆبایلەکەتدا دروست دەکات. لە Android کۆپییەک لە Downloads/Baqi دادەنرێت تاکو دوای سڕینەوەی ئەپەکەش بمێنێت؛ هەر کەسێک مۆبایلە کراوەکەت بەدەستەوە بێت دەتوانێت بیانکاتەوە، و لە ڕێکخستنەکان دەتوانیت ئەمە بکوژێنیتەوە. ئەم فایلانە تەنها کاتێک دەنێردرێن کە خۆت «بینێرە» دادەگریت و خۆت شوێنەکەی هەڵدەبژێریت (بۆ نموونە ئیمێڵ، واتساپ یان Files).

بیرخستنەوە بە واتساپ و SMS

کاتێک بیرخستنەوە دادەگریت، باقی ئەپی واتساپ یان نامەکان (SMS) دەکاتەوە و دەقەکەی بۆ ئامادە دەکات. خۆت «بنێرە» دادەگریت — باقی هیچ نامەیەک بە خۆی نانێرێت. نامەکە لە ڕێگەی ئەو ئەپانەوە دەچێت و سیاسەتی تایبەتمەندی ئەوان دەیگرێتەوە.

هەژمار و پاشەکەوتی ئینتەرنێت

هەژمار بۆ ئەوەیە کە دەفتەرەکەت هەرگیز ون نەبێت: دەفتەری قەرز تاکە بەڵگەی دوکانە کە کێ چەندی قەرزە. بۆیە بۆ دەستپێکردنی دەفتەرێکی نوێ پێویستە. ئەگەر دەفتەرێکت لەسەر مۆبایلەکە هەیە (بۆ نموونە لە فایلی Excel گەڕاندتەوە)، هەمیشە دەتوانیت بیکەیتەوە، تەنانەت ئەگەر چوونەژوورەوە ئێستا نەکرێت. کاتێک دەچیتە ژوورەوە:

ئەوەی لە Google یان Apple وەریدەگرین

• ئیمێڵەکەت، ناوەکەت (ئەگەر Google یان Apple بیدات) و ژمارەیەکی ناسێنەری هەژمار.

ئەوەی هەڵدەگیرێت

مۆڵەتەکان

• ئینتەرنێت — تەنها بۆ هەژمار و پاشەکەوتی ئینتەرنێت.
• تۆمارکردن بە دەنگ لەم وەشانەدا نییە؛ باقی مایک بەکارناهێنێت.

سڕینەوە

• هەژمار و کۆپییەکانی ئینتەرنێت: لە ئەپەکەدا: ڕێکخستنەکان ← هەژمار ← «هەژمار بسڕەوە». هەژمارەکەت و هەموو کۆپییەکانی ئینتەرنێت یەکسەر دەسڕێنەوە. ڕەنگە داوات لێ بکرێت جارێکی تر بە Google یان Apple بچیتە ژوورەوە، تاکو دڵنیا بین خۆتیت. بەبێ ئەپەکە: سڕینەوەی هەژمار.

• سڕینەوەی ئەپەکە هەژمارەکە ناسڕێتەوە — بۆ ئەوە «هەژمار بسڕەوە» بەکاربهێنە.
• دوای سڕینەوە، ڕەنگە Google بۆ ماوەیەکی سنووردار کۆپییەک لە سیستەمی پاشەکەوتی ناوخۆی خۆیدا بهێڵێتەوە، تاکو بەپێی مەرجەکانی Google Cloud دەسڕێتەوە.

منداڵان

Privacy Policy

Baqi (باقی) — debt ledger · Effective date: 8 October 2026 (2026-10-08)

In short

• To start a new ledger you sign in with Google or Apple. A copy of your ledger is stored in Google Firebase, so that it can be restored if you delete the app, lose your phone or change phones. You do not create a new password.
• After signing in, Baqi also works offline. Your ledger always stays on your phone; the online copy is a backup.
• Receipt photos are not uploaded — they stay on your phone only.
• No ads. No tracking. No analytics. We do not sell your data or give it to anyone.
• You can delete your account and every online copy at any time, inside the app.

What is stored on your phone

• Your shop name (or your own name, in personal mode), phone number and currency;
• your customers' names and phone numbers;
• entries: amounts of debts and payments, dates, notes, edit history, promises to pay, and deleted items (kept in “Deleted” for up to 30 days);
• receipt photos, if you took any;
• your lock PIN, if you set one — only as a hash, and it is never included in any backup.

Only the online copy (below) leaves your phone. Photos and your PIN never do.

Your phone's own backup: on Android, if Google backup is turned on in your phone's settings, Android itself keeps a copy of the ledger (without photos) in your own Google backup. On iPhone, iCloud Backup (if turned on) may include app data. These are settings of your phone and your own Google or Apple account; we have no access to them.

Excel and PDF files

Baqi creates Excel and PDF files of your ledger on your phone. On Android a copy is placed in Downloads/Baqi so it survives uninstalling the app; anyone holding your unlocked phone can open it, and you can turn this off in Settings. These files leave the phone only when you tap “Send” and choose where they go yourself (for example email, WhatsApp or Files).

Reminders via WhatsApp and SMS

When you tap a reminder, Baqi opens WhatsApp or your Messages (SMS) app with the text ready. You tap Send yourself — Baqi never sends a message on its own. The message travels through that app and is covered by that app's privacy policy.

Account and online backup

The account exists so your ledger is never lost: a debt ledger is a shop's only record of who owes what. It is therefore required to start a new ledger. If a ledger is already on your phone (for example restored from an Excel file), you can always open it, even when signing in is not possible at that moment. When you sign in:

What we receive from Google or Apple

• Your email address, your name (if Google or Apple provides it) and an account identifier.
• With Apple you can hide your email (Hide My Email); then we only see a relay address from Apple.
• Sign-in is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication. To protect against abuse, Google sees your IP address and your app and system version.

What is stored

• A copy of your ledger database: shop name, customer names and phone numbers, entries (amounts, dates, notes), edit history, items in “Deleted”, and shop settings (for example your backup email address).
• With each copy: its time, the number of customers and entries, a random number the app created for this phone, and the phone's system (Android or iOS) — so you can tell copies from different phones apart.
• Your lock PIN is never uploaded.

Receipt photos are not uploaded. If you change phones, the ledger comes back but the photos do not. Baqi's monthly Excel file contains the photos — keep it somewhere safe.

Where and how

• Copies are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, tied to your Google or Apple account. Google acts as our service provider.
• They are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on Google's servers. The database rules allow only your own account to read its copies.
• To be honest: this is not end-to-end encryption. As the owner of the Firebase project, the developer can technically access it. We do not look at it unless you ask us for help or the law requires it.
• Copies are kept until you delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete account), which removes every copy at once. To save space the app removes older copies automatically: it always keeps the newest 7, the newest of each month for the last 6 months, and the newest from each phone. To delete the online copies but keep the account, email us.
• Signing out stops new uploads. Existing copies stay in your account until you delete the account, or until you ask us by email to delete them. You can sign in again at any time to restore from them.

What we do not do

• No ads, and your data is not used for advertising.
• No tracking, no analytics, no crash reporting.
• We do not sell your data or give it to anyone — except Google Firebase as storage, and only if you sign in.
• We never contact your customers.
• Baqi does not access your phone's contacts or your location.

Permissions

• Camera and photos — only when you take or pick a receipt photo.
• Internet — only for the account and online backup.
• Voice entry is not part of this version; Baqi does not use the microphone.

Deletion

• Account and online copies: in the app, go to Settings (ڕێکخستنەکان, the gear icon) → Account (هەژمار) → Delete account («هەژمار بسڕەوە»). Your account and all online copies are deleted immediately. You may be asked to sign in with Google or Apple once more, to confirm it is you. Without the app: see Delete your account.
• Data on your phone: deleting the app deletes the ledger and photos from the phone. Delete the files in Downloads/Baqi and any files you shared yourself.
• Deleting the app does not delete your account — use “Delete account” for that.
• After deletion, Google may keep a copy in its internal backup systems for a limited time until it is erased under Google Cloud's data deletion terms.

Children

Baqi is made for shopkeepers and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can see all of your data inside the app, edit it, export it to Excel, or delete it. For any question or request about your data, email us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Important changes will be mentioned in the app's release notes.
