ئەم پەڕەیە بۆ ئەو کەسانەیە کە لە باقی بە Google یان Apple چوونەتە ژوورەوە. ئەگەر هەرگیز نەچوویتە ژوورەوە، هیچ داتایەکت لای ئێمە نییە — هەموو شتێک لەسەر مۆبایلەکەتە، و سڕینەوەی ئەپەکە بەسە.

پێش سڕینەوە: ئەگەر دەتەوێت دەفتەرەکەت بپارێزیت، لە ڕێکخستنەکان پاشەکەوتێکی Excel بۆ خۆت بنێرە. دوای سڕینەوە، کۆپییەکانی ئینتەرنێت ناگەڕێنەوە.

ئەگەر ئەپەکەت نەماوە، نامەیەک بنێرە بۆ hassanmaujud@gmail.com:

ئیمێڵی هەژمارەکەت بنووسە — ئەو ئیمێڵەی بە Google یان Apple پێی چوویتە ژوورەوە — و بنووسە «هەژمارەکەم لە باقی بسڕەوە».
باشترە نامەکە لە هەمان ئیمێڵەوە بنێریت، تاکو بزانین هەژمارەکە هی خۆتە.
ئەگەر لە Apple «Hide My Email» ـت بەکارهێنابێت، ئەو ئیمێڵە جێگرەوەیە لە ڕێکخستنەکانی iPhone، لە بەشی Sign in with Apple ـدا دەبینیت.

لە ماوەی 30 ڕۆژدا (زۆرجار زووتر) هەژمارەکە و هەموو کۆپییەکانی دەسڕینەوە و وەڵامت دەدەینەوە.

چی دەسڕێتەوە و کەی

یەکسەر (لە ناو ئەپەکەوە): هەژمارەکەت لە Firebase — ئیمێڵ، ناو و ناسێنەری هەژمار — و هەموو کۆپییەکانی دەفتەرەکەت لە ئینتەرنێت.
بە ئیمێڵ: هەمان شت، لە ماوەی 30 ڕۆژدا.
ڕەنگە Google بۆ ماوەیەکی سنووردار کۆپییەک لە سیستەمی پاشەکەوتی ناوخۆی خۆیدا بهێڵێتەوە، تاکو بەپێی مەرجەکانی Google Cloud دەسڕێتەوە. کەس لە ڕێگەی باقییەوە دەستی پێی ناگات.
هیچ شتێک لە هەژمارەکەت لای ئێمە نامێنێتەوە.

ئەوەی لەسەر مۆبایلەکەت دەمێنێتەوە

سڕینەوەی هەژمار دەست لە مۆبایلەکەت نادات: دەفتەر، وێنەی وەسڵ و فایلەکانی Excel و PDF وەک خۆیان دەمێنن، و دەتوانیت دەفتەرەکەت وەک پێشوو بکەیتەوە.
بۆ سڕینەوەی ئەوانیش: ئەپەکە لە مۆبایلەکەت بسڕەوە، و فایلەکانی Downloads/Baqi (لە Android) بە دەستی خۆت بسڕەوە.
⚠ سڕینەوەی ئەپەکە بە تەنها هەژمارەکە ناسڕێتەوە — یەکێک لە دوو ڕێگاکەی سەرەوە بەکاربهێنە.

Delete your Baqi account and data

Baqi (باقی) — debt ledger · 2026-10-07

This page is for people who signed in to Baqi with Google or Apple. If you never signed in, we hold no data of yours — everything is on your phone, and deleting the app is enough.

In the app (fastest)

Open Baqi.
On the home screen, tap Settings (ڕێکخستنەکان, the ⚙ icon).
Go to the Account section («هەژمار»).
Tap Delete account («هەژمار بسڕەوە») and confirm.
If asked, sign in with Google or Apple once more — this only confirms it is you.

Before deleting: if you want to keep your ledger, send yourself an Excel backup from Settings. After deletion, the online copies cannot be recovered.

Without the app — by email

If you no longer have the app, email hassanmaujud@gmail.com:

Give the email address of your account — the one you signed in with through Google or Apple — and write “Please delete my Baqi account”.
Please send it from that same address, so we can tell the account is yours.
If you used Apple's “Hide My Email”, you can find the relay address in your iPhone's Settings, under Sign in with Apple.

We delete the account and all its copies within 30 days (usually sooner) and reply to you.

What is deleted, and when

Immediately (from the app): your Firebase account — email, name and account identifier — and every online copy of your ledger.
By email: the same, within 30 days.
Google may keep a copy in its internal backup systems for a limited time until it is erased under Google Cloud's data deletion terms. Nobody can reach it through Baqi.
Nothing from your account is kept by us.

What stays on your phone

Deleting the account does not touch your phone: the ledger, receipt photos and Excel/PDF files stay as they are, and you can keep opening your ledger as before.
To remove those too: delete the app from your phone, and delete the files in Downloads/Baqi (Android) yourself.
Deleting the app alone does not delete your account — use one of the two ways above.
